Germany Saar forging plant annual production capacity of about 30,000 tons of forgings, with 8500 tons and 4000 tons of hydraulic presses, 240 tons of electric furnace electric arc furnace, 220 tons of ESR electroslag remelting furnace tons and melting capacity of 16/30 tons of VIM, VAR vacuum melting, remelting furnace, can process large forgings, the main product lines are steam turbine, gas turbine, hydraulic turbine rotor, turbine generator rotor, centrifugal tube castings and steel mold.

The main materials are: high-quality low-alloy structural steel, high-temperature alloy steel, die steel and high-temperature alloy, etc.
