Nature of the process
1、 Die cutting machine is used to separate materials along closed or open contour lines. Such as punching die, punching die, cutter die, cutter die, cut edge die, cutter die, etc.
2、 Bending die. Make blank or other blank along a straight line (bending line) bending deformation to produce a specific angle and shape of the blank of the die.
3、 Deep drawing dies are dies that transform slabs into open hollow parts or further change the shape and size of hollow parts.
4、 Forming die is a die that directly copies the workpiece or semi-finished product into shape according to the shape of convex and concave die, and the material itself only produces local plastic deformation. Such as convex die, shrink hole die, flaring die, wave die, flanging die, forming die, etc.
Process combination
1、Single-processor die only performs one stamping process per stroke.
2、Compound die has only one station, in a stamping stroke, the same station carries out two or more stamping processes at the same time.
3、Flat die (also called continuous die) has two or more stations in the workpiece feeding direction, and two or more passes are performed one after another at different stations in one stroke of the press. The above stamping process. Continuous stamping (progressive stamping), where the press uses raw material to stamp out strips in one stamping stroke and cold stamping dies in which several stamping processes are carried out simultaneously at several different stations on a pair of dies, with each die stamping once to complete and the strip moving a fixed distance once until the product is finished.
In a continuous die, the strip always moves in the same direction during the stamping process; the strip in the die moves in two or more directions after cutting is called a translation die; the feed completion of the strip in the die is called an automatic continuous die; the stamping production chain uses robots or other automated stamping tools for various processes to complete the stamping of the workpiece using die or part movement. The nominal die is called multi-station die. (Chongqing Meida)
